You’re correct we don’t usually see the practice of excluding victims from their own nations in their own story of tragedy unless it is with a certain racial group. This is MSM racial bias outlined yesterday in this post

Possibly. But in other cases I haven't seen this practice of excluding the victims from the countries the flight was in between.
